Alan Feldstein
Alan Feldstein is the owner of Cosmic Horizon, whose SPARC simulator had its origins while he was at Motorola. As a lead software test engineer, he verified the design of CodeWarrior on the Solaris UltraSPARC developer platform.
After Motorola, he worked on pervasive chip simulation at IBM, verifying the design of the POWER6 microprocessor. Then, as an embedded engineer at Tyco Electronics, he developed firmware targeting Gaisler Research’s LEON2 processor. Alan is a member of the IEEE Computer Society. He received a BS with honors in computer engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
